Cash Plus has agreed to take joint control of Tripass, the startup behind airport-to-city transfer platform WeTaxi, in a deal notified to Morocco’s Competition Council on August 28, 2026. The transaction preserves Tripass’s entrepreneurial leadership while bringing Cash Plus capital and financial expertise to scale the mobility platform ahead of the 2030 World Cup.
