Qatar's new startup incentives and regulatory reforms are attracting foreign tech companies to establish regional bases in Doha. CloudZigo, a cloud infrastructure firm incubated at QSTP, set up operations after Web Summit Qatar 2026 citing 100% foreign ownership, streamlined licensing and other incentives.
