Sirdab raises $10M Series A from Elm and BECO to expand Saudi logistics platform across GCC

Saudi logistics startup Sirdab has closed a $10 million Series A round co‑led by PIF‑backed digital solutions company Elm and existing investor BECO Capital. The funding will be used to expand Sirdab’s logistics platform across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, grow its network of warehouses and transport partners, and further develop its technology stack, including AI tools to match businesses with available capacity and automate coordination between shippers, warehouses and carriers.

"We make quality capacity accessible in days, keep operations visible in real time and hold service to a consistent standard," said co‑founder and CEO Naif Alzahri.

Founded in 2022 by Abdulrahman Alnamlah and Naif Alzahri, Sirdab provides businesses with a single platform to access warehousing and transportation capacity while managing inventory, orders and service levels across multiple locations. Logistics providers use Sirdab’s software to surface spare capacity and to handle operations, billing and compliance. The company operates an asset‑light model that combines third‑party warehouse capacity with facilities it manages directly in strategic locations, using its software to connect the network into a single operating system.

  • Funding: $10 million Series A, co‑led by Elm and BECO Capital
  • Investors on the cap table: Elm, BECO Capital, Y Combinator, COTU Ventures, D Global Ventures
  • Company milestones: revenue up 20x since Y Combinator; reached profitability
  • Network scale: more than 850 businesses; 120+ warehouses; 60+ transport providers

BECO Capital first invested at seed stage in 2024, while COTU partnered with Sirdab at pre‑seed and the startup participated in Y Combinator’s Winter 2023 batch. Elm’s participation marks a notable return for Abdulrahman Alnamlah, who spent four years at Elm before co‑founding Sirdab.

Sirdab says its network covers dry, ambient, chilled and frozen logistics and that the platform is already used by more than 850 businesses, connected to over 120 warehouses and more than 60 transportation providers. The startup highlights that its software enables faster access to quality capacity, real‑time visibility of operations and consistent service standards across its network.

The Series A will be allocated to three primary areas: accelerating geographic expansion within Saudi Arabia and the GCC; increasing the depth and reach of Sirdab’s logistics network; and advancing the company’s technology platform. A key technology priority is the development of AI capabilities to intelligently match customer demands with available warehouse and transport capacity and to automate operational coordination between shippers, warehouses and carriers.

With the new capital and backing from a PIF‑linked corporate investor and established regional VCs, Sirdab is positioned to scale its asset‑light marketplace model across the Gulf while continuing to build software that stitches third‑party and managed facilities into a unified operating system. Management frames the funding as a step toward faster activation of capacity and improved automation for the region’s supply‑chain stakeholders.
