HeyBreez raises $2.5M seed led by Lunara Partners as call volumes pass one million a month
HeyBreez, an enterprise voice-AI platform, raised an oversubscribed $2.5M seed led by Lunara Partners as the platform reports running over one million calls per month. The round will fund product, infrastructure and international sales hiring.

HeyBreez, the enterprise voice AI company previously known as Breez AI, has raised an oversubscribed $2.5 million seed round led by Lunara Partners, with participation from Jabbar Group, returning backer DASH Ventures and a group of founders and strategic angels. The round follows a $1.3 million pre-seed raised in January led by Wamda Capital and arrives as the platform reports running more than one million calls a month, with campaign dialling hitting 10,000 calls a day for individual clients.
"Everyone in this market helped companies make the call. No one helped them run the operation behind it," said founder and CEO Karim Malhas. "That is the hard part, and what we built for from day one."
Operational focus and customer footprint
HeyBreez positions itself not just as a conversational AI provider but as the operational layer that turns voice agents into reliable, production-scale business processes. The company handles retries, callbacks, follow-up logic, branching journeys, telephony and integrations that sit behind a deployed agent — areas its leadership argues most competitors overlook.
- Founded: 2025
- Headquarters: Delaware; offices in Amman and Dubai
- Monthly call volume: more than 1,000,000
- Campaign dialling: up to 10,000 calls per day for individual clients
- Recent funding: $2.5M seed (oversubscribed)
- Prior round: $1.3M pre-seed led by Wamda Capital in January
The platform serves four customer types on a single infrastructure: enterprises with dedicated support; agencies and resellers building on the platform; self-serve developers and small businesses; and regional AI players embedding HeyBreez technology in their own products. Arabic.ai and Xaia are signed as integration partners reselling HeyBreez to their enterprise bases.
HeyBreez says it is already handling multilingual workloads across banking, healthcare, logistics, hospitality and customer experience, and treats the MENA region as its commercial starting point. The company aims to address demand for Arabic-language voice automation and to meet sovereign-cloud and data-residency requirements being set by Gulf Cooperation Council national champions, while also operating across Europe, the US and Latin America.
Investor rationale and leadership background
For Lunara Partners — the firm co-founded by former Global Ventures senior partner Said Murad and Omar Alkhawaja — the investment is one of two announced this month, alongside a $1 million pre-seed into Dubai customer-intelligence startup Cobi. "Every platform in this market solved the conversation. Almost none solved the operation around it," Murad said, arguing HeyBreez's positioning alongside the rise of Arabic-language and sovereign-cloud voice AI could make it "a core piece of the enterprise voice stack globally."
Founder Karim Malhas brings product and operational experience from his time as chief innovation officer at IrisGuard, the Amman biometrics company whose iris-recognition systems have distributed more than $3 billion in humanitarian cash assistance through UN programmes in Jordan's refugee camps. HeyBreez says proceeds from the new round will go to platform infrastructure, product development and sales hiring across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
With growing monthly volumes and a clear operational differentiation, HeyBreez is positioning to scale enterprise deployments and partnerships that require both conversational competence and the behind-the-scenes orchestration to run large-scale voice campaigns reliably.
