Arab Therapy has closed a $2 million Pre-Series A funding round led by Jordan-based Manara Ventures , with participation from Anara Impact Fund and Saudi Arabia-based Value Makers Studio (VMS). The Berlin-founded digital mental health startup said the new capital will accelerate expansion across Saudi Arabia and regional markets while further developing its AI-powered platform and scaling services for individuals and organisations. Business model and product Founded in Berlin by Jordanian entrepreneurs Dr. Tareq Dalbah (CEO) and Hekmat Al-Hasi (CPTO), Arab Therapy currently operates in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Germany and Egypt. The company offers two primary models: a B2C digital mental health service for individuals and a B2B offering that delivers tailored employee mental health and well-being programmes. Content and tools: The platform includes a library of specialised mental health content, Arabic-language AI tools, and online therapy sessions delivered by licensed professionals. Clinical oversight: Arab Therapy's clinical framework is overseen by certified specialists affiliated with the University of Hamburg. Target users: The service targets Arabic-speaking populations across the Middle East and North Africa (over 400 million people), as well as an estimated 30–50 million Arabs living outside the region.
