Arab Global Crypto Exchange (AGCX), a UAE-licensed virtual assets platform founded by veteran capital markets executive Satish Gogia , will open for trading on September 10, 2026, offering direct AED bank transfers, spot, futures and options trading, and zero AGCX platform fees on crypto deposits and withdrawals. The exchange operates under a license from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and aims to give UAE residents and eligible users a locally regulated venue to move between AED and digital assets without relying on offshore platforms. “The UAE has done a lot to build a clear and progressive framework for digital assets. What we saw was an opportunity to make the experience simpler for people here. Users should not have to move their money offshore just to access digital assets. With AGCX, we want to give them a straightforward way to deposit AED, trade and manage their assets through a platform built for the UAE market,” said Mr. Satish Gogia, Founder CEO of AGCX. “We are starting with the fundamentals — AED access, transparent custody, strong compliance and a simple fee structure. We believe trust is built over time through how a platform operates, not simply through what it says.” AGCX launches with a specific focus on eliminating friction for local users who currently often rely on offshore exchanges that do not support native AED. At roll-out, verified users will be able to deposit AED directly from UAE bank accounts, complete digital KYC onboarding, and access trading via web and mobile platforms. The exchange will support spot trading as well as derivatives products including futures and options, alongside staking for supported crypto assets and launchpad access for selected token listings.
