The meeting singled out the need for closer coordination among governments, regional institutions, private sector players, investors and international partners to translate policy into delivery. Dr. Al Khouri presented a slate of Federation initiatives designed to address cross‑sectoral needs: Arab Digital Economy Index — a benchmarking tool intended to assess digital performance across Arab countries and identify investment and skills gaps.
