AJEX Recognised for Workplace Excellence in Saudi Arabia
AJEX, a logistics partner of DHL eCommerce, was named among the Best Workplaces in Saudi Arabia in the large company category, reflecting its focus on talent development, inclusion and career pathways for Saudi nationals and female employees. The recognition follows consecutive Great Place to Work certifications and supports AJEX's expansion in the Kingdom.

AJEX, a logistics partner of DHL eCommerce, has been named among the Best Workplaces in Saudi Arabia™ in the large company category, marking a milestone in the company’s efforts to build a workplace that supports career growth and broad participation. The recognition, announced on October 8, 2026, follows AJEX's consecutive Great Place to Work Certification™ awards in Saudi Arabia over the past two years and reflects employee survey results collected as part of the region’s largest study of workplace experiences.
“Building a workplace culture takes time, and it is something we continue to learn from every day,” said Fahad Mohammed Al Ajlan, Chief Shared Services Officer at AJEX. “Over the past few years, we have learned a great deal from our people about what matters to them, what helps them grow and where we can do better. This recognition is encouraging because it reflects the progress we have made together, but it also reminds us to keep listening, learning and improving how we work.”
How AJEX is translating recognition into action
The accolade comes as AJEX expands its footprint in Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector. Company leaders say the award validates ongoing internal programmes aimed at talent development, inclusion and cross-functional collaboration. AJEX has placed particular emphasis on creating opportunities for Saudi nationals, supporting young professionals entering logistics, and increasing female participation across the organisation.
Specific initiatives highlighted by the company include partnerships and structured pathways designed to bring new talent into logistics roles. AJEX works with the Saudi Logistics Academy and has developed graduate programmes that combine classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience to give early-career professionals a first step into the industry. These efforts are presented as part of a longer journey of continuous improvement driven by employee feedback.
Recent recognitions and the employee voice
- Named among the Best Workplaces in Saudi Arabia™ in the large company category.
- Earned the Great Place to Work Certification™ in Saudi Arabia for the last two consecutive years.
- Recognition based on thousands of employee responses collected across the Middle East in the Great Place to Work survey methodology.
AJEX says its approach is rooted in listening to employees to learn what helps them grow, where teams can collaborate more effectively, and how staff can have a voice in shaping company strategy. The company frames these practices as central to building a high-trust, high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.
Outlook
As AJEX scales operations in the Kingdom, the company has committed to further strengthening its workplace environment and using employee development as a lever for growth. The combination of external recognition and internal programmes — from academy partnerships to graduate initiatives — positions AJEX to continue recruiting and retaining talent as Saudi Arabia’s logistics market evolves. Company leaders say they will maintain the feedback loop with employees to refine policies, broaden opportunities for Saudi nationals and encourage greater participation of women across the organisation.
