UAE-based Bundle raises $5.5 million in pre-seed funding round
UAE-based Bundle raised $5.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Ethereal Ventures and Further to scale its Web3 rewards platform and expand into Southeast Asia.

UAE-based Bundle has raised $5.5 million in a pre-seed funding round to scale its Web3 rewards platform, the company announced. The round was led by Ethereal Ventures and Further, and included participation from Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital and Nuwa Capital. Bundle says the fresh capital will be used to expand into new Southeast Asian markets and to broaden its suite of blockchain-based reward tools for brands and SMEs.
"The initial pilot of the platform spanned five markets, where $100,000 was distributed among more than 1,100 winners, including one who received a grand prize of $50,000," the company said, highlighting early traction and reward mechanics that aim to boost customer engagement.
How Bundle’s model works
Bundle positions itself as a marketing and loyalty infrastructure provider that aggregates reward budgets from multiple brands into a shared prize pool. That pooled approach lets each participating company offer larger, more attractive prizes to customers while lowering individual customer acquisition costs. The startup states that participating brands in the pilot achieved conversion rates that "exceeded four times those achieved by traditional campaigns."
- Funding raised: $5.5 million (pre-seed)
- Lead investors: Ethereal Ventures, Further
- Other participants: Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital, Nuwa Capital
- Pilot footprint: five markets
- Pilot distribution: $100,000 paid to more than 1,100 winners; largest single prize $50,000
- Founding brands on platform: more than 50
Bundle leverages blockchain infrastructure and stablecoins to enable transparent, low-cost cross-border reward distribution and transfers, addressing common friction points for brands running multi-market incentive programs. The company says this architecture helps ensure auditable reward flows and reduces the expense and complexity of moving funds across jurisdictions—an advantage it hopes will attract small and medium-sized enterprises that otherwise struggle to match the promotional heft of larger competitors.
During its pilot, Bundle enlisted over 50 founding brands on the platform, a base the company plans to build on as it moves into Southeast Asia. The startup named Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines as its initial target markets in the region, where it will deploy its pooled rewards and stablecoin-enabled payouts to local consumers.
Outlook
With $5.5 million in pre-seed funding, Bundle is aiming to accelerate regional expansion and scale product development for brands seeking lower-cost, higher-impact customer acquisition tools. The financing round brings together crypto-native backers such as Anchorage Digital and GSR alongside venture investors like Ethereal Ventures and Further, signalling continued investor interest at the intersection of blockchain payments and marketing technology.
If Bundle can replicate the pilot's reported conversion multiples at scale and successfully navigate local payments and regulatory variances in Southeast Asia, the company could present an attractive alternative for SMEs looking to run competitive reward-based campaigns without the budget of larger firms.
