Tunisia’s Orange and Focus Partner to Expand Local Cloud Services
Orange Tunisia has partnered with Focus Tunisie (Focus Cloud) to deliver locally hosted cloud and infrastructure solutions in Tunisia, targeting businesses that need data sovereignty, security, performance and local support. The deal combines Orange's B2B sales reach with Focus Tunisie's cloud infrastructure expertise to accelerate cloud adoption among Tunisian companies.

Orange Tunisia has formed a partnership with Focus Tunisie to expand access to locally hosted and operated cloud and infrastructure solutions for Tunisian businesses. The agreement is designed to deliver cloud environments hosted in Tunisia, targeting companies of different sizes that seek greater control over data location, security, performance and proximity to technical support. The move strengthens Orange Tunisia’s ICT and cloud portfolio while enabling Focus Tunisie to broaden the reach of its cloud infrastructure services.
"This partnership allows us to offer Tunisian companies high-performance cloud solutions adapted to their needs, while offering them the proximity and support of our B2B teams. It is fully in line with our desire to strengthen our ICT & Cloud offer and to support companies in their digital transformation projects," said Ahmed Ben Said, Chief Business Officer at Orange Tunisia.
Partnership scope and benefits
- Locally hosted IT resources: Companies will have access to cloud infrastructure physically located in Tunisia, improving data sovereignty and control over data location.
- Security and performance: The collaboration emphasises security measures and performance optimised for professional applications, with an aim to meet enterprise-grade needs.
- Proximity and support: Local technical support and the sales presence of Orange Tunisia's B2B teams are positioned as key advantages for faster deployment and ongoing management.
- Scalability and flexibility: Businesses can scale and adjust IT resources as their needs evolve, supporting infrastructure modernisation and the development of new digital services.
For Focus Tunisie, the deal represents an acceleration of its cloud business and a route to make cloud infrastructure more accessible to local companies. "By combining our expertise in Cloud infrastructures with the sales force and proximity of Orange Tunisia, we want to facilitate the adoption of the Cloud by Tunisian companies. This partnership makes it possible to offer an approach combining technological performance, security, data control and local support," said Imen Nabli, Chief Commercial Officer, Focus Cloud.
Context and commercial intent
The partnership targets a range of commercial objectives: helping businesses modernise legacy IT environments, enabling the upgrade of existing infrastructure, and supporting the launch of new digital services built on local cloud resources. Orange Tunisia highlights the agreement as a means to expand its ICT & Cloud offerings and better support corporate customers through the digital transformation cycle.
Focus Tunisie—operating under the Focus Cloud brand for its cloud portfolio—brings technical know-how in cloud infrastructure, while Orange contributes B2B sales reach and customer proximity. Together, the companies expect the combined proposition to appeal to organisations for which data control and regulatory compliance are priorities, as well as those seeking reduced latency and improved application performance through local hosting.
Outlook
Both partners framed the collaboration as a contribution to the development of Tunisia’s digital ecosystem by making locally operated cloud infrastructure more accessible and secure for businesses. The joint offering aims to attract companies that prioritise data sovereignty, require robust performance for professional applications, and value local technical support. As enterprises across sectors assess cloud strategies, the partnership seeks to position locally hosted cloud services as a competitive option for Tunisian organisations pursuing modernisation and digital growth.
