MNT Tech Holding (MNT-Halan’s Egyptian arm) has filed to list on the Egyptian Exchange covering EGP 160m issued capital and pitched a domestic valuation up to USD 1bn; the move comes amid increased tech and infrastructure investment in Egypt, including a Vodafone-led data centre and AI facility.
