Pact to accelerate Oman's startup ecosystem
Terminal 11, an Omani innovation hub backed by the Oman Investment Authority’s Future Fund Oman, has joined the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) Global Network to connect local startups with international programmes, mentorship and market access. The partnership follows an advisory phase and a Master Services Agreement, and aims to accelerate Omani founders' access to global expertise and funding.
Global investors see Oman as growth hub
Global investors, supported by Future Fund Oman, are committing to large projects in renewables, battery materials, tourism and logistics—citing Oman's stability, infrastructure upgrades and Vision 2040 alignment. Major commitments include a large solar manufacturing hub in Sohar and expanded battery materials investment plans.
