Bahrain-based digital consumer finance platform Skyro has opened an office in Riyadh and hired staff as it prepares for regulatory licensing to offer consumer and SME financing in Saudi Arabia. The company appointed Maria Medvedeva as managing director for the Middle East while co-founder and CEO Arsen Liametov leads the group's regional expansion.
