SAL acquires Aviapartner Liège in 1st overseas expansion
SAL Logistics Services Company has acquired 100% of Aviapartner Liège SA for about $32 million, giving SAL its first overseas operating base at Liège Airport and expanding its global network to 20 stations. The deal is intended to strengthen SAL's air cargo, warehousing and specialist freight capabilities between Saudi Arabia, Europe and global markets.
