Mintoak acquires UAE-headquartered fintech ICC Loyalty
Mintoak has acquired UAE-headquartered ICC Loyalty to combine payments, loyalty and data-driven engagement into a unified payments and engagement platform, creating a combined business with over $30M in annual revenue and profitability above 30%. The deal aims to expand capabilities across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia and accelerate AI-driven personalization for banks and merchants.
