Al Rajhi Capital and LogiPoint Sign MoU for $1.3B South Jeddah Logistics and Industrial Park

Al Rajhi Capital and LogiPoint signed an MoU to create an investment vehicle to develop the South Jeddah Logistics and Industrial Park, a SAR5 billion (~$1.3B) mixed-use logistics hub spanning 1.9 million sqm with ~1.5 million sqm leasable area. Al Rajhi Capital will act as Fund Manager and LogiPoint as Asset and Development Manager, with phased delivery starting after final contracts expected by end-2026.
