HSBC to sell retail portfolio to Emirates NBD
Emirates NBD has agreed to buy HSBC’s retail portfolio in Egypt as HSBC refocuses on corporate and institutional banking. Separately, Egyptian CNC manufacturer Simplex is raising a new funding round and expanding production with a third facility in Tenth of Ramadan.
