Hamdan bin Mohammed appoints two CEOs at Dubai Environment and Climate Change Authority
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed appointed Adel Abdullah Mohammed Al Karani as CEO of the Biodiversity Sector and seconded Abdullah Yousuf Abdullah Al Marzouqi as CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at the Dubai Environment and Climate Change Authority (DECCA). The appointments, enacted by Executive Council Resolutions No. 55 and 56 of 2026, take effect from their issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
