H.H. Sheikh Khaled witnesses launch of AED100 billion Marsa Al Saadiyat project
Aldar launched Marsa Al Saadiyat, a AED100 billion waterfront development on Saadiyat Island spanning 6.4 million sqm with plans for 58,000 residents, Abu Dhabi’s largest marina and extensive leisure, cultural and transport links. Site enabling works are due Q3 2026 and home sales in H2 2026.
