Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo Set to Address Strategic Priorities Shaping Saudi Arabia’s Logistics Future

The Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Summit will convene senior government officials, logistics service providers, warehouse operators, infrastructure developers, investors and supply chain leaders on 8–10 September 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, running alongside the 3rd edition of the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo. Held under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport & Logistic Services, the summit will probe six strategic themes including logistics infrastructure and investment, multimodal connectivity, warehousing and distribution excellence, digital resilience and supply chain security, trade facilitation and economic growth, and strategy, trade and global realignment.

“Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector is evolving rapidly, with investment across infrastructure, warehousing, transport and technology creating new opportunities across the supply chain,” said Muhammed Kazi, Senior Vice President, dmg events. “Through the summit and Hala (هلا) Chats, this year’s programme brings decision-makers and industry experts together to address key priorities, share practical insights and identify opportunities for more effective supply chain strategies.”

Program focus and speakers

The summit programme is designed to examine investment, connectivity and changing trade flows, with a Leaders Panel set to analyse the impact of geopolitical developments on sourcing and logistics and the implications of shifting global trade routes for Saudi infrastructure, industrial development and logistics real estate. The Warehousing Leaders Panel will explore drivers of warehouse development and investment—ranging from e-commerce and manufacturing growth to regional trade—and technologies that deliver operational returns. Public-private partnerships and the integration of major national projects such as NEOM and the Red Sea developments into the Kingdom’s wider logistics network will also be discussed.

Hala (هلا) Chats: practical, case-led insights

Complementing strategic panels, Hala (هلا) Chats on the exhibition floor will deliver operational, case-led insights tackling workforce development, automation, supply chain resilience, sustainability and fleet efficiency. Sessions will explore how AI, operations research and risk management can bolster resilience and sustainability, and present strategies to reduce waste and improve fleet performance. Speakers include Noof Nooh, Productivity Senior Manager, PepsiCo, and Shereen Mosallam, Leader, Saudi Women for Supply Chain, alongside contributors from exhibitors such as SSI Schaefer and Smartlog.

Outlook

The summit aims to align public- and private-sector priorities as Saudi Arabia advances its ambition to position itself as an international logistics gateway connecting Asia, Africa and Europe. Attendees will be expected to leave with clearer perspectives on rerouting strategies across sea, air and land, investment priorities for warehousing and logistics real estate, and practical measures to embed digital resilience and sustainability across supply chains. Organisers say the combined summit and Hala (هلا) Chats programme will create forums for decision-makers and industry experts to identify actionable opportunities and strengthen collaboration across the Kingdom’s expanding logistics ecosystem.
