Saudi studio Majestic Mind Games raises $1.45 million in seed round

Majestic Mind Games, a Saudi game studio, has raised approximately $1.45 million in a seed funding round to accelerate development of PC titles and prepare for later expansion to consoles and smartphones. The round was led by Merak Capital and Impact46, with strategic support from NEOM, and follows the studio’s launch of its first game, Tri Survive, on Steam in September 2025.

"The funding represents an important milestone in the company's journey, noting that the team intends to continue developing fun and value-added gaming experiences for users," said Majed Anbar, co‑founder and CEO of Majestic Mind Games.

The investment will be used primarily to speed up development of new PC games while building internal capabilities that will allow the studio to port selected titles to consoles and mobile devices in later phases. Majestic Mind Games has positioned its growth strategy around attracting local talent and producing projects aimed at both Saudi and global markets, according to statements from the company.

  • Amount raised: approximately $1.45 million in seed funding
  • Lead investors: Merak Capital and Impact46
  • Strategic backer: NEOM
  • Recent milestone: release of Tri Survive on Steam in September 2025

Tri Survive’s Steam launch marked Majestic Mind Games’ entry into the commercial PC games market, and the new capital is intended to strengthen the studio’s operational runway and execution of its business roadmap. The studio’s leaders emphasized that the fresh funding will support hiring, production capacity, and technical development required to deliver higher‑production PC titles before adapting successful projects to console and mobile platforms.

Industry observers have noted that Saudi developers are increasingly pursuing investment to scale teams and ship globally competitive titles. Majestic Mind Games’ backers — Merak Capital and Impact46 — join NEOM’s support to provide not only capital but also potential strategic connections across regional tech and entertainment initiatives. The involvement of these investors signals confidence in the studio’s direction after its initial release last year.

Majed Anbar framed the round as a forward step for the studio and its ambitions. He said the team plans to "continue developing fun and value‑added gaming experiences for users," underlining a focus on player engagement and product quality as the studio expands its portfolio.

Looking ahead, Majestic Mind Games aims to use the seed funding to deliver multiple PC projects while building a roadmap for selective console and smartphone releases. The studio’s emphasis on local talent development and targeting both domestic and international audiences suggests its next phase will combine product development with recruitment and partnerships to scale operations.

With the new capital and recent product launch behind it, Majestic Mind Games is positioned to broaden its catalogue and prepare select titles for cross‑platform release, keeping an eye on market reception and technical feasibility as it moves from PC launches toward console and mobile ecosystems.
