MAQAR Business Launches ‘Make Abhur Your Business Home’ Campaign

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia — On September 6, 2026, MAQAR Business, a subsidiary of MAQAR International Company, launched a campaign titled “Make Abhur Your Business Home” to expand its presence in Abhur and North Jeddah and to attract entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups and independent professionals to its flexible workspace and business community offerings.

“The ‘Make Abhur Your Business Home’ campaign is about much more than renting an office. It is an invitation to become part of a business community that brings together workspace, services, relationships and opportunities in one environment,” said Ali Al‑Attiyah, CEO of MAQAR International Company.

The campaign positions MAQAR Business as an integrated provider of professional workspaces and supporting services rather than a simple office landlord. Located in Abhur, the MAQAR Business site offers a range of ready-to-use solutions including private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms and dedicated areas for workshops, professional gatherings and business events. The company says these facilities enable entrepreneurs and companies to begin operations immediately, host clients and conduct day-to-day business without the operational burden of building out a traditional office.

What MAQAR Business offers

  • Private offices and shared coworking spaces
  • Meeting rooms and event spaces suitable for workshops and professional gatherings
  • Business support services designed to reduce operational overhead
  • Opportunities for networking and community-led professional events

Ali Al‑Attiyah framed the initiative as part of a broader ambition to “build a connected business community in Abhur and North Jeddah.” He added that MAQAR Business was developed around the idea that a workplace should contribute to a company’s growth journey rather than simply provide a physical setting for day-to-day tasks. Beyond the physical infrastructure, MAQAR is emphasising programming — workshops, professional gatherings and events — to foster connections among entrepreneurs, specialists and business owners.

The campaign targets a broad cross-section of the local economy: entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, consultants and professional service providers, as well as corporate teams seeking a flexible presence in North Jeddah. By combining location, workspace, business services and community activities, MAQAR aims to position Abhur as a destination for flexible working and professional collaboration.

Outlook

As demand for flexible, ready-to-use workspace solutions grows, MAQAR Business seeks to capitalise on that trend in North Jeddah by offering a consolidated package of facilities and services. If successful, the “Make Abhur Your Business Home” campaign could further entrench Abhur as a local business hub for startups, SMEs and independent professionals seeking a professional base with built-in networking and event capabilities.
