Keralam's cybersecurity startup signs MoU with UAE Cybersecurity Council

KOCHI — FalconFeeds, the threat intelligence platform of Kerala-origin cybersecurity startup Technisanct Private Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE Cybersecurity Council to bolster cooperation on information and communication technology (ICT), cybersecurity and resilience. The agreement was signed at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City, on 17 September 2026 by UAE Cybersecurity Council Chairman H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti and Technisanct Founder and CEO Nandakishore Harikumar.

The MoU sets out a range of cooperative measures designed to improve detection, response and resilience against emerging cyber threats. Under the agreement, the two parties will exchange threat intelligence on emerging cyber threats and provide joint defence operations and investigative guidance during cyber incidents. They will also organise cross-sector cyber exercises, technical workshops and international conferences, share awareness materials, and establish joint expert working groups for knowledge transfer.

Technisanct, headquartered in Kerala and led by Founder and CEO Nandakishore Harikumar, operates FalconFeeds as its flagship threat intelligence platform. The collaboration with the UAE Cybersecurity Council, chaired by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, places Technisanct within a strategic network intended to harmonise threat data and operational coordination between regional stakeholders.

• Threat intelligence exchange: regular sharing of indicators of compromise, attack patterns and emerging threat actor activity between FalconFeeds and UAE Council channels.

• Capacity building: cross-sector cyber exercises, technical workshops and international conferences to upskill teams in both jurisdictions.
• Knowledge transfer: joint expert working groups to develop shared practices and public awareness materials.

For Technisanct, the MoU represents both validation of FalconFeeds' capabilities and an opportunity to integrate intelligence feeds into a wider operational ecosystem. For the UAE Cybersecurity Council, the partnership adds an additional private-sector source of threat telemetry and private-public collaboration channels that can be exercised during real incidents and simulated response drills.

Looking ahead, the partners plan to operationalise the agreement through a schedule of exercises, workshops and conferences and the formation of the joint expert working groups outlined in the MoU. These steps are intended to accelerate the exchange of actionable intelligence, improve coordinated incident response, and raise cyber awareness across industries that connect the Kerala and UAE digital ecosystems.
