HUMAIN partners with MOZN to develop enterprise AI solutions

HUMAIN, the Public Investment Fund-backed artificial intelligence company, has made a strategic investment in Saudi AI firm MOZN to jointly develop enterprise AI solutions for financial institutions and public sector organisations. The deal is one of the first completed through HUMAIN Ventures and marks HUMAIN’s first investment in a Saudi company. The partnership will combine HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure with MOZN’s enterprise AI products and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capabilities, with initial customer deployments expected at LEAP Riyadh and wider commercial availability planned for the second half of 2026.

"The enterprise AI delivers value when organizations can deploy solutions securely and at scale," said Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN, underlining the deal’s focus on regulated industries and secure, large-scale deployments.

The collaboration targets organisations operating in regulated sectors, with an initial focus on applications for financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC). HUMAIN will offer the jointly developed solutions through the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace, enabling customers to deploy enterprise AI applications. MOZN will embed engineering teams within customer organisations via its Forward Deployed Engineering model to support design, deployment and scaling based on operational requirements.

  • Partnership structure: HUMAIN combines AI infrastructure; MOZN contributes enterprise AI products and FDE capabilities.
  • Channels to market: HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace; first deployments announced for LEAP Riyadh.
  • Commercial timeline: wider availability planned for the second half of 2026.
  • Customer footprint: MOZN currently serves more than 150 customers across financial services and public sectors.

"The investment supports the company’s strategy to develop AI solutions for organizations operating in highly regulated sectors," said Dr. Mohammed AlHussein, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOZN. "The partnership combines advanced AI infrastructure with sector expertise to deliver applications for financial institutions and government entities."

The move forms one of the first strategic collaborations under HUMAIN’s newly launched Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. HUMAIN Ventures, the investment arm that completed the transaction, is being used to expand HUMAIN's footprint and product offering in regulated markets. The companies said they will jointly develop products through a shared roadmap and a coordinated commercial strategy.

Operationally, the partnership emphasises embedding engineering capacity with customers. MOZN’s Forward Deployed Engineering teams will work inside client organisations to tailor AI applications to operational realities, a model intended to accelerate deployment timelines and ensure compliance in heavily regulated environments.

Outlook: HUMAIN and MOZN expect to showcase their first jointly developed solutions and customer deployments at LEAP Riyadh, signalling an intention to prioritise rapid market demonstration before broader roll-out. With MOZN already serving more than 150 customers and HUMAIN leveraging PIF-backed infrastructure, the collaboration aims to scale AI applications across financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence and GRC in regional and international markets throughout the rest of 2026.
