GenZone Brings Dubai Business Setup and US LLC Formation Under One Platform
GenZone, a Dubai-based business setup advisory, launched GenZone LaunchPad — an all-in-one platform for Dubai company formation and US LLC formation offering formation, banking, residency and live financials across the UAE and US.

DUBAI — GenZone on Aug. 25, 2026 unveiled the GenZone LaunchPad, a unified platform that consolidates Dubai company formation and US LLC formation under a single dashboard. The Dubai-based advisory firm, which says it is trusted by more than 3,000 entrepreneurs worldwide and backed by 1,400+ companies, positions the LaunchPad as the “world’s first” all-in-one operating system to manage formation, banking, residency and live financials across the UAE and the United States.
"The GenZone Platform represents everything we've perfected operationally, brought together in a way that gives clients transparency, control, and confidence they deserve throughout the entire process, and well beyond," said Kevin McKenzie, Co‑Founder of GenZone.
What the platform does
GenZone LaunchPad provides a single-login experience for founders forming a Dubai company, a Wyoming or Delaware LLC, or both. The platform replaces the usual patchwork of immigration consultants, lawyers, PRO agents, banks, accountants and tax advisors with a guided, six-step onboarding flow that covers company name options, shareholding, business activity, role assignments, residency visas and document uploads. The system autosaves encrypted data and gives a real-time view of formation progress, residency status, banking approvals and financial statements.
- Formation coverage: Dubai company setup from name reservation through trade licence; Wyoming or Delaware LLC formation starting at $499 per year with no US residency required.
- US services: EIN registration, ITIN support (GenZone says it has issued over 600 ITINs), US business banking introductions, payment processor access and ongoing bookkeeping.
- UAE services: corporate tax registration and filing, VAT where applicable, bookkeeping, annual compliance tracking and residency visa handling, including pathways such as the UAE Golden Visa.
- Operational features: a live financial workspace displaying profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow; renewal reminders; and advisor support via phone and WhatsApp with a concierge response time of under five minutes.
Context and positioning
Co‑founder Shayan Nasiri described the LaunchPad as "a one-of-a-kind client platform for both Dubai setup and US LLC formation," saying the product builds on the firm's existing white-glove business setup and relocation services. GenZone operates from headquarters in Business Bay, Dubai, and highlights its history of end-to-end engagement: not only forming entities but carrying clients through to operational readiness, including banking and compliance.
The company emphasizes its cross-border focus: founders in more than 50 countries can purportedly run a legitimate US company without setting foot in the United States, while entrepreneurs relocating to the UAE can track residency, visa and tax status inside Dubai’s 0% personal income tax environment.
Outlook
GenZone aims to convert traditional, fragmented incorporation workflows into a continuous, platform-based client experience. By combining company formation, banking facilitation, tax and bookkeeping in one dashboard, the firm is betting that transparency and automation will reduce the administrative burden for globally mobile founders. The platform’s commercial entry point for US LLCs — from $499 per year — and its asserted track record of ITIN issuance and client volume are likely to be focal points as GenZone seeks further adoption among entrepreneurs balancing businesses across the UAE and the US.
