Fitting Raises $1.1 Million in Seed Funding After Facilitating Over SAR 150 Million in Construction Material Supplies
Fitting raised $1.1 million in a second Seed round to expand across Saudi Arabia, strengthen its technology and operations, and further digitize construction supply chains after facilitating over SAR 150 million in materials for major projects.

Fitting has closed its second Seed funding round, raising $1.1 million to accelerate expansion across Saudi Arabia, strengthen its technology stack and operational infrastructure, and drive efficiency in the Kingdom’s construction supply chains. Founder and Managing Director Mohammed Al‑Mobaied said the platform has facilitated more than SAR 150 million in construction materials across over 70 major projects, serving 823 businesses and supporting in excess of 1,000 supply transactions to date.
"The closing of our second investment round at $1.1 million represents an important milestone in Fitting’s journey and supports our plans to accelerate expansion while strengthening our technology and operational capabilities," Al‑Mobaied said. "We believe that digitizing supply chains has become a fundamental factor in improving the efficiency of the construction sector. We are working to provide technology solutions that respond to market needs and help different stakeholders manage their operations more efficiently."
Fitting operates a digital platform focused on the digitization and automation of construction supply chains. The company reports a network of more than 200 approved suppliers and over 50 strategic partnerships, positioning it as a central digital channel for real estate developers, contracting companies and engineering firms in Saudi Arabia. According to Al‑Mobaied, the user base includes 823 businesses that use Fitting to manage and procure materials, and the platform has recorded over 1,000 transactions from companies shifting away from traditional procurement methods.
Platform features and operational focus
- Virtual warehouse functionality to help businesses manage inventory and track deliveries.
- Automated electronic invoicing to streamline financial transactions.
- Artificial intelligence tools to automate operational processes and improve pricing experiences.
- An automated support ticketing system to allow companies to track requests and inquiries more efficiently.
Al‑Mobaied highlighted persistent challenges in the construction sector, including fragmented procurement processes and continued reliance on legacy methods in parts of the market. Fitting’s product roadmap emphasizes solving those pain points through digital tools that reduce procurement time and cost while increasing pricing accuracy and purchasing speed across multi‑stakeholder projects.
The recent Seed round included participation from a strategic investor with experience across construction materials, contracting and real estate development. Fitting says the investor adds market knowledge and an understanding of operational needs, which the company expects will enhance its ability to scale practical solutions across project workflows.
Outlook and human capital
Proceeds from the $1.1 million raise will be primarily directed toward expanding on‑the‑ground presence in key Saudi markets, developing technology infrastructure and strengthening operational capabilities. Fitting also plans to refine a growth model informed by real operational requirements within the construction sector.
Beyond commercial objectives, Al‑Mobaied stressed workforce and talent development: the company has created more than 30 employment opportunities and provided over 20 training placements for students and recent graduates from Saudi universities. During its next growth phase, Fitting intends to scale its product suite, serve a larger base of companies and projects, and leverage data and digital processes to align more closely with day‑to‑day industry needs.
