EasyWill partners with REELLY AI to help UAE real estate agents safeguard client assets

The partnership comes at a critical time following recent updates to inheritance regulations in the UAE and during these uncertain times

EasyWill has struck a strategic partnership with PropTech platform REELLY AI to give more than 60,000 real estate agents in the UAE access to EasyWill’s AI-powered, fully digital will creation and registration platform. The tie-up, which is now live and being offered to REELLY agents at a special cost, comes as the UAE implements new inheritance rules in January 2026 that allow financial assets of expatriates without registered heirs to be designated as charitable endowments, and as demand for wills surges — the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) recorded over 11,000 wills in 2025, more than double the 2024 figure and taking the total registered wills past 21,000.

“This partnership is about empowering agents to deliver greater value to their clients at a time when it matters most,” said Alessandro Console, Co-founder & CEO of EasyWill. “In this current, services like this help ensure that valuable client relationships are not lost. More importantly, it allows brokers to go beyond transactions and demonstrate that they genuinely care about their clients’ long-term security and peace of mind.”

Context and platform details

The collaboration positions real estate agents as a frontline channel for estate planning in a market where expatriate investors and residents increasingly seek digital, compliant solutions. EasyWill describes itself as the UAE’s first full digital AI-powered will creation and registration platform, enabling users to create, notarise and register wills online in multiple languages, with certified Arabic translation, secure encrypted storage and legal recognition through the ADJD — without in-person appointments.

  • REELLY AI connects over 60,000 agents across the UAE and international markets and provides insights on more than 1,350 real estate projects.
  • EasyWill’s service is built to comply with UAE federal law and offers a 100% digital experience for expatriates and residents.
  • The ADJD recorded over 11,000 wills in 2025, bringing the total registered wills to over 21,000, reflecting rising awareness about estate planning.

REELLY, which the company says works closely with the Dubai Land Department and is recognised among the top five tech startups in the Middle East, already offers agents AI-driven tools for branded presentations and project insights. The platform notes that nearly 95% of real estate transactions in the UAE are driven by agents, a dynamic REELLY says it is optimising by adding estate planning to agents’ service offerings.

“With this partnership, we are equipping our agents with more than just sales tools, we are giving them the ability to support their clients in making informed, future-focused decisions,” said Vitalii Ryzhak, Co-founder & CEO of REELLY AI. “As the UAE market matures, trust and long-term relationships are becoming increasingly important. By enabling agents to facilitate estate planning solutions, we are helping them build deeper credibility while addressing a critical need among property investors.”

Outlook

By integrating EasyWill into REELLY’s agent network, both companies aim to raise awareness of asset protection and reduce the risk of client estates defaulting to charitable endowments under the January 2026 rules. The partnership is likely to expand the advisory remit of brokers, enabling them to offer estate planning alongside transactional services and potentially accelerate will registration as residents respond to legal changes and heightened uncertainty.
