e& UAE launches Business Pro AI plans bundling Microsoft Copilot at no extra cost

e& UAE announced the launch of Business Pro AI, a new suite of business broadband plans that bundles Microsoft Copilot — Microsoft’s enterprise-grade AI assistant — with faster business fibre connectivity at no additional cost for eligible customers. The offer targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), combining secure connectivity, productivity tools and generative AI capabilities into a single subscription designed to reduce vendor complexity and recurring licence fees.

Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President, SMB Sales and Marketing at e& UAE, said: “SMEs play an essential role in the UAE economy, but many continue to face cost and implementation barriers when adopting advanced AI tools. By including Microsoft Copilot within eligible Business Pro AI plans at no additional cost, alongside faster speeds, we are making AI-powered productivity more accessible and better supported for businesses. Our collaboration with Microsoft will help businesses across the UAE improve efficiency, simplify everyday tasks and focus more of their time on growth and customer engagement.”

The new Business Pro AI bundles are positioned as an integrated solution that removes the need for businesses to purchase separate software licences or coordinate multiple vendors. e& UAE markets the plans as consolidating “one provider, one subscription, and one monthly bill” that combines fixed and mobile connectivity with AI-enabled solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT and productivity tools.

  • Core offering: faster business fibre connectivity bundled with Microsoft Copilot at no extra charge for eligible Business Pro AI plans.
  • Target customers: SMEs seeking to adopt generative AI while minimising upfront and recurring software costs.
  • Functionality highlighted: Copilot can automate routine tasks, draft emails, analyse data and create content to boost employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Customer access: businesses can subscribe or request consultation through their dedicated account manager or by calling 800-77333.

e& UAE frames the initiative as addressing common barriers to AI adoption among smaller businesses — notably fragmented purchasing processes, setup complexities and the financial burden of ongoing licence fees. The company says the bundled Copilot capability enables SMEs to immediately deploy generative AI to automate time-consuming tasks, freeing staff to focus on strategic growth and customer engagement while keeping operational costs low.

The launch comes amid broader AI uptake in the UAE. Citing Microsoft’s AI Diffusion Report, e& UAE highlighted that 70.1 percent of the country’s working-age population now uses generative AI — a figure the company presents as supporting the market readiness for integrated AI services.

Positioning the product as a strategic reinforcement of its partnership with Microsoft, e& UAE described Business Pro AI as part of its broader role as an “AI-powered telco and digital enabler” with five decades of network operations. The operator promotes the package as aligning connectivity with embedded AI to help businesses operate with greater agility and resilience.

Looking ahead, e& UAE anticipates the bundled approach will accelerate AI transformation among SMEs by lowering cost and complexity barriers. If adoption proves robust, the model could expand expectations for telcos to deliver pre-integrated AI tools as part of core connectivity services, potentially changing how enterprises procure software, licences and managed services in the UAE market.
