DWE and LinkedIn partner to support 500 Emirati women entrepreneurs
Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and LinkedIn partnered to give 500 Emirati women entrepreneurs six months of complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning (Sept 2026–Mar 2027) to strengthen leadership, digital and entrepreneurial skills.

The Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) has partnered with LinkedIn to provide 500 selected Emirati women entrepreneurs and business owners with six months of complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning, the organisations announced ahead of the Emirati Women’s Forum 2026. The grant will run from September 2026 through March 2027 and is intended to strengthen leadership, digital and entrepreneurial skills among participating women.
"The participants can register through the dedicated LinkedIn platform to take advantage of the opportunity during the Forum," the statement said, outlining the registration route for beneficiaries.
The initiative was unveiled as part of the Emirati Women’s Forum 2026, held at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai as a central event of Emirati Women’s Day celebrations. DWE said the program will be delivered online and aims to support business growth, foster sustainable ventures and help participants identify and seize new opportunities in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Programme scope and content
- Number of beneficiaries: 500 Emirati women entrepreneurs and business owners
- Duration: Six months of access — September 2026 to March 2027
- Platform: LinkedIn Learning, which offers more than 26,000 courses and learning pathways
- Focus areas: leadership, digital skills, entrepreneurship, business and technology
LinkedIn Learning’s catalogue includes courses and pathways developed by thousands of experts across business, technology and creative disciplines. DWE emphasised that the partnership aligns with its strategy to develop strategic partnerships that create learning opportunities for women entrepreneurs and contribute to Dubai’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
The Emirati Women’s Forum 2026 showcased success stories from female leaders and entrepreneurs, including projects led by members of the 'Proudly from Dubai' network, supported by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office. The Forum was positioned as a platform to highlight Emirati women’s achievements and to spotlight promising national projects driven by women.
Delivered online, the LinkedIn Learning access is intended to be flexible for entrepreneurs juggling business operations and professional development. DWE said the programme will help participants "strengthen participants’ skills, support business growth and foster sustainable ventures," language used in the event statement describing the expected outcomes.
Outlook
By combining DWE’s convening role with LinkedIn’s extensive online learning library, the six-month offer aims to accelerate capacity-building among a targeted cohort of 500 Emirati women. Organisers expect the training to help entrepreneurs scale operations, adopt new digital tools and leadership practices, and explore new market opportunities.
Registration details will be available via the dedicated LinkedIn platform during the Emirati Women’s Forum, allowing selected participants to enrol and begin accessing course pathways immediately when the offer starts in September 2026.
