Dubai set to host global media, broadcast and space technology communities on Monday at CABSAT 2026 and SATExpo 2026
CABSAT 2026 and SATExpo 2026 will convene global media, broadcast and satellite/space technology companies in Dubai, featuring exhibitors, speakers and dedicated startup and innovation programmes across content, connectivity and space-tech.

Dubai will host two major industry events beginning Monday, October 5, as CABSAT 2026 and SATExpo 2026 convene at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. The 33rd edition of CABSAT is expected to draw more than 18,800 visitors, 450+ exhibiting companies and 700+ brands from over 120 countries, supported by 150+ speakers and 50+ hours of industry content across three days (October 5–7). Running alongside it, the second edition of SATExpo will connect the satellite, space and advanced-connectivity ecosystem, with an anticipated 8,000+ visitors, 150+ exhibitors from more than 70 countries and more than 80 expert speakers.
“As satellite networks grow more complex and spectrum environments increasingly congested, safeguarding the resilience, security and performance of critical communications is essential,” said Álvaro Sánchez, CEO of INTEGRASYS Group. “SATExpo 2026 provides an ideal platform to showcase advanced satellite communications, spectrum monitoring and management, interference detection and mitigation. We look forward to connecting with the regional satellite and space community, sharing our expertise and exploring opportunities to support the next generation of secure, high-performance satellite networks.”
Organisers position CABSAT 2026 as a unified sourcing platform for media technology, content creation, broadcast and Pro AV, held in strategic partnership with Dubai Studio City. The event will spotlight developments across content production, broadcasting, professional AV and immersive technologies. SATExpo, held in strategic partnership with the UAE Space Agency under the theme “Connecting the future,” will focus on the satellite and space value chain from manufacturing and launch services to ground systems, connectivity and space-data analytics. Participating companies named for SATExpo include Eutelsat, INTEGRASYS, ST Engineering iDirect, APSTAR, RSCC, Hughes and Space Communication Technologies.
The SATExpo Summit will run October 6–7. Day one centres on “Connectivity & Intelligent Infrastructure,” addressing satellite/5G/6G convergence, direct-to-device connectivity, AI in orbit, cloud ground stations and multi-orbit strategies. Day two, “Security, Sovereignty & the Business of Space,” will examine cyber resilience, defence communications, space investment and commercial opportunities in deep space. The event programme also features a Satellite Innovation Showcase, Matchmaking Programme, Startup Zone and Space‑Tech Demonstrations highlighting payloads, antennas, terminals, ground systems, Earth observation and AI-driven analytics.
