Dubai Chambers launches specialised Agentic AI training tracks for more than 14,000 Business Group and Business Council member companies

Dubai Chambers has launched specialised Agentic AI training tracks through its newly unveiled Dubai Chambers Academy, targeting more than 14,000 member companies that operate under the organisation’s Business Groups and Business Councils. The programme, announced at a launch attended by 90 chairpersons of Business Groups and Business Councils, forms part of a broader transition programme for the private sector issued under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

“The programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI reflects Dubai’s commitment to advancing the vision of its leadership by preparing the business community to adopt advanced technologies and use them effectively to create sustainable value,” said H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers.

Programme design and delivery

The training will be delivered via Dubai Chambers Academy, described as an integrated e-learning platform offering specialised tracks on Agentic AI in addition to other professional development programmes. H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, was present at the launch alongside H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori and the assembled chairpersons.

The training tracks focus on practical guidance for applying Agentic AI in a business environment. Participants will explore current tools and solutions, learn how to use them to improve operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making, and examine practical adoption approaches. The sessions are intended to help member companies build foundational knowledge, identify applicable use cases across their operations, and develop capabilities to integrate Agentic AI into workflows.

Wider initiatives and governance

The specialised training tracks are part of a larger set of initiatives aimed at accelerating Agentic AI adoption across Dubai’s private sector. Dubai Chambers has established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to steer these efforts. The committee’s mandate includes accelerating adoption, preparing the business community for global technological shifts, enabling companies to benefit from advanced AI solutions, and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a hub for the digital economy and future industries.

Business Groups and Business Councils under Dubai Chambers play a central role in representing sector interests and facilitating dialogue between the private sector and government entities. The new training tracks are intended to strengthen companies’ competitiveness by equipping them with the skills to manage complex tasks, enhance decision-making and unlock productivity gains through Agentic AI.

Outlook

Dubai Chambers presents the Academy and the Executive Committee as coordinated steps to translate policy directives into private-sector capability building. If broadly adopted across the more than 14,000 member companies, the initiative aims to generate practical deployments of Agentic AI in commercial operations, feed a pipeline of locally developed AI solutions through incubators, and bolster Dubai’s positioning in future industries. The immediate next phase will likely focus on onboarding member firms to the Academy’s e-learning tracks and rolling out incubator support for startups and specialist vendors in the Agentic AI space.
