Dubai-based Titan Partners Launches "Back-To-Growth" Initiative to Help UAE Entrepreneurs Recover from Regional Geopolitical Disruptions
Dubai-based advisory firm Titan Partners International has launched Back-To-Growth, a six-month CSR programme (Aug 2026–Jan 2027) offering free and subsidised advisory, visa, setup and digital services to help UAE entrepreneurs and MSMEs recover from regional geopolitical disruption.

Dubai-based advisory firm Titan Partners International has launched Back-To-Growth, a corporate social responsibility programme aimed at helping entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs across the UAE) recover from operational and financial disruption caused by recent regional geopolitical events. The six-month initiative begins on 1 August 2026, will run through January 2027, and is expected to support "hundreds of businesses" with a mix of complimentary and subsidised services.
"Our objective is simple — to help businesses get back on their feet," said Nasir Jamal, Managing Director of Titan Partners International, announcing the programme.
The Back-To-Growth campaign is organised around four strategic objectives: restoring business continuity for affected enterprises; reinforcing Dubai's reputation as a resilient business destination; complementing government-led economic support with private-sector solutions; and strengthening Titan Partners' long-term commitment to the UAE entrepreneurial community.
Programme components and eligibility
Eligible businesses — including companies operating in UAE free zones and the mainland that can demonstrate measurable disruption from the recent geopolitical situation — will be assessed individually and routed to tailored support pathways. The initiative offers a comprehensive package that combines fully complimentary services with discounted professional support:
- 100% free one-to-one advisory sessions covering restructuring, cost optimisation, market expansion and supply-chain diversification.
- Subsidised immigration and visa services with accelerated processing for business owners and key employees.
- A 50% discount on new business setup fees and licence renewal services for qualifying companies.
- Digital transformation support including complimentary website development, subsidised CRM implementation and digital payment integration.
- Access to co-working facilities via Titan Partners' partner network and direct introductions to banking partners for firms facing account onboarding challenges or needing improved access to financial services.
The initiative will be delivered in four phases over the six months. The first phase, beginning on 1 August, focuses on awareness and opening registrations. Phase two comprises detailed business assessments to determine each applicant's support needs. During the implementation phase, Titan Partners' advisory specialists will work directly with participating businesses to deliver services and monitor progress. The campaign will close in January 2027 with publication of a comprehensive impact report outlining the number of businesses supported, services delivered and measurable economic value created.
Context and company stance
While Dubai demonstrated broad stability during the regional crisis, Titan Partners said many smaller businesses continue to face cancelled contracts, delayed payments, disrupted supply chains and reduced revenues. Jamal framed Back-To-Growth as an active form of corporate responsibility: "Dubai has never been a city that waits for normal to return — it creates it. The businesses we serve are not just statistics; they are families, livelihoods, and dreams that took years to materialise. Back-To-Growth is our way of standing beside them when they need a vital helping hand, because support is not a slogan we put on a wall. It is a responsibility we carry."
Looking ahead, Titan Partners expects the programme to demonstrate how private-sector organisations can complement public measures during periods of regional uncertainty and to help participating companies restore operations and strengthen resilience — with the final impact report due at the end of the campaign in January 2027.
