CloverLeads Expands Into Saudi Arabia After Rapid Growth in Dubai

Dubai-based lead-generation agency Cloverleads has announced plans to expand into Saudi Arabia after reporting rapid growth in the UAE. Founded by Belgian entrepreneurs Robin and Joran Krekels, the firm relocated to Dubai in 2023 and says it has scaled through internally generated revenue while building a portfolio of clients across the Emirates. Cloverleads targets contractors and property managers in a market the company values at more than $8 billion, offering paid media, automated lead nurturing and appointment-setting systems aimed at international property owners and service-based businesses.

"We built Cloverleads around the idea that client acquisition should be predictable," said Robin Krekels, co‑founder of the company. "Many service providers still rely heavily on referrals. Our focus has been on building systems that generate consistent inbound demand through paid media, automated lead nurturing, and appointment setting."

Context and operational focus

Cloverleads positions itself in a niche segment of Dubai’s real estate ecosystem: contractors and property managers who support a growing base of overseas property owners. The company says sustained foreign investment in UAE real estate and an expanding population of international property owners have created steady demand for management and maintenance services — a demand it seeks to capture with performance-driven acquisition systems.

Rather than offering broad marketing services, Cloverleads emphasizes speed, testing and measurable outcomes. Its core offerings, as described by the company, include:

  • Paid advertising campaigns tailored to specific service providers and property-owner demographics
  • Automated lead-nurturing workflows to convert inbound interest into qualified prospects
  • Appointment-setting systems to streamline client engagement and booking for contractors and property managers

Founded without external funding, Cloverleads credits its growth to revenue reinvestment and a targeted approach to client acquisition. The company says this allowed it to focus on building repeatable, scalable systems rather than expanding prematurely through outside capital.

Expansion into Saudi Arabia and outlook

Following traction in Dubai, Cloverleads has begun testing campaigns in Saudi Arabia, citing the Kingdom's increase in economic activity and infrastructure development as a driver of demand for service-based businesses in real estate and construction. "Saudi Arabia represents a significant opportunity for service-based businesses, particularly in real estate and construction," Krekels added, noting the firm's goal "to replicate our model in markets where demand is growing, and businesses are looking for more reliable ways to acquire clients."

The firm's regional push reflects a broader strategy to serve markets in the Middle East where overseas property ownership and large-scale construction projects create recurring demand for contractors and property management services. Cloverleads lists its services and contact details on its website and names Juddie Tojah as a contact point for enquiries.

As Cloverleads scales its tested systems into Saudi Arabia, the company will face market-specific challenges such as local competition, regulatory differences and the need to adapt messaging to diverse client profiles. Its performance-focused, testing-driven model will be central to how quickly it can establish repeatable acquisition funnels and convert pilot campaigns into sustainable revenue streams across the Kingdom.
