B&S Investments Launches Global Investment Summit 2026 to Move European Capital Into Gulf Markets

B&S Investments has launched the Global Investment Summit 2026, a two-day event set for 1–2 September at the Palais des Congrès in Paris that aims to channel European capital into Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets. The Paris edition targets an initial pipeline of approximately USD 28.59 billion in European investment into the GCC, with an overarching goal of USD 50 billion by 2030. Organizers expect more than 2,000 participants, including institutional investors, corporate executives and public-sector officials, and plan a sequence of editions across Europe and the Gulf through 2030.

"We are moving beyond dialogue to deployment, providing the specific coordination mechanism required for principals to make allocation-grade decisions," said Bader Al-Nofai, Chief Executive Officer of B&S Investments.

The Global Investment Summit series is structured as an execution-focused corridor between Europe and the Gulf, pairing keynote sessions with bilateral meetings arranged in advance so investors and company principals arrive with scheduled negotiations and agendas already set. B&S Investments positions the Paris edition as a template for a five-year run: after Paris the series will travel to Spain, London and Geneva, concluding in Riyadh in 2030.

Program design and participation

Organizers describe the program as prioritizing conversion of opportunities into funded projects rather than extended panels. The Paris summit will combine a main stage with closed-door sessions, specialized dialogues and a dedicated exhibition space where participating organisations can present projects and meet potential partners directly. More than 80 speakers are expected to appear across the two days.

  • Targeted initial pipeline: USD 28.59 billion
  • 2030 goal: USD 50 billion
  • Expected attendance in Paris: 2,000+ participants
  • Participating delegations reported from: Saudi Arabia, France, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman

Priority sectors highlighted for investment include energy, technology and artificial intelligence, financial services, real estate and tourism. The organisers say opening in Europe is deliberate: it places the first edition nearest to a large pool of deployable capital and institutions that have reportedly signalled appetite for Gulf exposure as Gulf economies diversify beyond oil revenue.

Delegations from Gulf states will join European allocators in a format that allows principals to request bilateral meetings before arrival, compressing the usual deal-making timeline into scheduled, agenda-driven negotiations over the two days. The summit’s exhibition element will let project sponsors display opportunities to potential investors and arrange follow-up meetings on site.

Outlook

B&S Investments aims to use the Paris event to create repeatable processes that accelerate capital allocation into the Gulf. The planned five-year sequence — Paris, Spain, London, Geneva, and Riyadh — is intended to progressively deepen ties and convert identified projects into funded ventures across the stated priority sectors. Organisers frame the summit as a single point of contact for European allocators looking for structured access to Gulf projects seeking outside investment.
