Abu Dhabi to showcase 100+ live government AI uses at global summit

Abu Dhabi will put more than 100 live government artificial intelligence use-cases on public display at Ai Everything Abu Dhabi, the city’s AI-first Expo and Summit scheduled for 6-7 October 2026 at ADNEC Centre. The event will feature participation from more than 50 UAE government entities, a US$3.54 billion Abu Dhabi government investment programme backing the drive to become the world’s first AI-native government by 2027, and a global roster of AI firms and infrastructure providers. Organisers say the sold-out summit convenes over 400 AI infrastructure builders and model makers, 200-plus investors with roughly US$91 billion assets under management, and more than 180 speakers.

“Abu Dhabi will become the world’s first AI-native government next year, and the evidence is already clear in the way we're redefining public services for millions of people and businesses,” said Wesam Lootah, Director General of GovDigital at the Department of Government Enablement (DGE). “We have built the blueprint, and Ai Everything Abu Dhabi is our invitation to the world to examine it, to see what intelligent governance looks like at scale, and the enormous benefits it delivers to people's lives today.”

Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 is being organised by inD and billed as a showcase of “The New Intelligence Order from Abu Dhabi, The AI Capital of the World.” The summit arrives amid ramped-up global AI investment; Gartner estimates nearly US$2.59 trillion will be spent on AI in 2026, a 47% increase from 2025. The event will also bring high-profile industry figures to the UAE, including Arthur Mensch, Co‑Founder & CEO of Mistral AI (valued at over €21 billion), and Marc Raibert, Founder of Boston Dynamics.

The Department of Government Enablement is presenting DGE’s model for an AI-native government, integrating more than 40 government entities into a single AI-driven ecosystem with over 100 live AI applications across public services. Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of DGE, will join Lootah at the summit to outline Abu Dhabi’s public-sector deployments and governance approach.

Commercial partners and infrastructure players are prominent. Solutions+, a Mubadala company and the summit’s Global Partner, will demonstrate how AI and enterprise platforms can be operationalised. “At Solutions+, we help bridge national ambition with operational delivery by bringing together sovereign infrastructure, enterprise platforms, trusted partners, and the expertise required to embed AI into real services and workflows,” said Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director, Solutions+.

G42 will promote its Intelligence Grid model — a full-stack concept connecting compute, platforms, agents and governance — as central to building AI-native societies. “An AI-native society takes shape when intelligence becomes something people can depend on: getting care, running a business, accessing a public service,” said Faheem Ahamed, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, G42.

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) will present 23 demonstrations drawn from nine research centres and showcase Falcon‑H1 Arabic, a model designed and trained on high-quality Arabic data that leads the Open Arabic LLM Leaderboard. International exhibitors cover a broad infrastructure spectrum, with participants including AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Cerebras, Dell, HPE, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Snowflake and others representing more than US$10 trillion in collective market capitalisation.

Outlook

Organisers position Ai Everything Abu Dhabi as proof that large-scale AI deployment can generate measurable economic and social value. Trixie LohMirmand, CEO of Ai Everything, said the response from the international AI community has been “emphatic,” with world-leading enterprises attending to engage with Abu Dhabi’s investments, institutions and research capabilities. With the DGE targeting a 2027 milestone for an AI-native government and a multibillion-dollar investment programme underway, the summit will be a focal point for observing whether these deployments deliver the promised improvements in service delivery, productivity and national capacity.
